The current global landscape emphasizes the necessity for a collaborative approach to address challenges affecting our livelihoods. By working together, we can develop solutions that not only resolve immediate issues but also provide benefits for future generations.

I’m a practitioner, researcher, and mentor working at the intersection of Information Systems for Development, and Public Policy. With a Ph.D. in Information Systems and specialized certifications in Public Policy Analysis from the London School of Economics and Monitoring, Evaluation, Research & Learning (MERL) from USIU-Africa, I bring a unique blend of technical depth and strategic insight to digital governance.

My work focuses on strengthening ICT and society intervention frameworks, promoting ethical data practices, and guiding institutions and stakeholders through compliance and transformation. I’m passionate about mentoring emerging professionals and shaping policy that bridges innovation with accountability.

Whether I’m advising on governance of emerging technologies, evaluating digital programs, or building capacity in regulatory environments, I aim to create systems that are secure, inclusive, and future-ready.
